Errors on deviantart?

Has anyone been having errors lately?
My journal comments have been disappearing if I don't reply, my earning say $0.00 even though I've had profit in the years, dA saying I don't have enough points to buy a membership even if I have plenty of points in my account. I can't sent points because it says I have zero, when I don't. 

Help. ._. I'm containing dA help, but you know how that goes. Takes days for them.
